The only time you ever see really high stakes big bet games that are not part of a mix is specifically when Sammy is in town and finds someone to play with him. They also get some 100/200 ring during peak tourney times. The only way Brian might plausibly become a Vegas regular is if he gets good enough at the mix games to start playing 2k-4k/4k-8k. Otherwise there would be nothing worth leaving online and Santa Barbara for.

If SB is enjoying the whole deal I think he might start putting in some more time to learning the mix games. Just to mix things up one week every 2 months. But that's purely speculation. But he must feel like his PL omaha game is coming along slowly so he'll be looking for a fresh challenge.
