Those of you who called for Bluff's banning are ridiculous. It is the typical liberal response to seek to silence someone who puts a view of things out there you don't like. If his take of things is ludicrous and makes him look like a fool, then you should want his remarks out there for all to see. More likely, you know there is much truth in what he said and want him silenced because it interferes in you little fantasies. You want to believe the OP because you have a fantasy about "rescuing" her or someone just like her. The wants of your penises have blinded you to logic.

There are not very many people who really care about anyone enough to help them without a motive. Most mentors in poker who are willing to teach in person have some kind of profit motive. Either the player has exceptional talent or the player is willing to pay money to be teached.

The truth is that a player of this level wouldn't even talk to most people for an extended period of time. The fact that you are easily able to gain an audience with the likes of Doyle Brunson Todd Brunson and that you have their personal phone numbers should tell you that.

It would be very interesting to hear how you got these peoples phone numbers. In your heart of hearts you HAVE to know it's because you are a cute girl. The ONLY reason you will get these doors open to you is that you are a girl. I know in your heart you would love it to be that they saw something special about your poker ability but the truth is that they see 50 players a month that have way better results than you do.

The bottom line is that you have to pay your dues and build your bankroll like anyone else. The only way you can bypass this barrier is if you do the things you are unwilling to do.

So if you really want lessons either pay for them or find a guy you actually like that is very good at poker and get involved in a relationship with him.

Even writing this post can be looked at as using your gender for gain. The thing is no guy would REQUEST compassion and sympathy from people.

Also you really should look at the long term implications of posting explicit information about yourself in relation to your earning potential in poker if you were to become successful. Seriously if you were to make a t.v. table and gain some fans saying stuff of this nature could really damage your potential for endorsements and especially your ability to be respected by other pros for your ability.

Be careful with ANY man how you spend your time with them. It's ok to flirt at the poker table but using your flirting with people you do not find attractive has the ability to arouse a LOT of resentment. This is especially true if this person knows you are doing it just for your own ego. If you are doing because you are addicted to the feeling of men having desire for you then you shouldn't be surprised when they express that desire.

I know this feels like the end of the world to you right now but it really isn't. If you are going to make it you have to be tough as nails.

Heres what I would do if I were you.

1. I would not repeat this story again to anyone besides very close friends who can help you deal with the trauma. Anthing that spreads the story more in the poker world is bad for you long term.

2. Use your connections to get a waitressing job at a casino so you can build your bankroll. Or get a job as a prop at one of the casinos in LA because most of them use props and will extend credit once you become an established employee. In order to do this you could network and find a way to get ahold of at least 2k and start at the lowest propping job which pays about 15 dollars per hour and offers health insurance.

3. Start looking at EVERY friendly guy with a wary eye unless you find them attractive also. They almost always have one motive.

4. Don't take any crap from anyone. You have to learn how to be assertive in situations. Even though it feels like you are being a bitch most men will actually give you much more respect and they won't walk all over you.

5. Work your ass off and become the best poker player that you can possibly be and then people will be asking you for lessons.

6. Keep wearing those blouses at the poker table it gives everyone something to look at!

I have to agree with this version like many others and will say Oski has explained this situation very well. GGB, I admire your persistence for womens rights and moral decency, but as someone who has had and seen many experiences with people of this caliber, I can say that this is a familiar plot line. The names have changed but the story's the same.

And, btw as compelling and thought out your arguments have been, for me to sympathize and empathise with the "Queen of Hearts", It has a struggle--That girl on your profile just keeps shaking that ass and shaking. She is hot and makes me horny. You might want to take that off next time.

This is nothing more than a valiant battle between two hustlers playing an elaborate game here. And like poker, it is a game of incomplete information and we will never get to see the hole cards but we can do our best with the information given and make appropriate reads.

This is how I see it. I can't tell you who put the first move on whom, but I would guess that the Captain being the savvy road filth that he is, saw Ballbreaker shaking that ass around and flashing those hot [censored] on somebody she was hustling and decided he had an easy mark.

Next, I would say Ballbreaker took control of the hand and started posing and flirting with the Captain and basically just making the old codger think he didn't need Viagra anymore. She really put him on tilt before the game even got started. I wouldn't doubt if he didn't just go ahead and drop some money in the pot and get the game going. Ballbreaker probably played a few sattelites on the old man's dime, all the while getting the old scummy all hot and sweaty while she shook that ass around.

At this point, I think Brandi was slowly chipping up and controlling the tempo. Captain probably let it get a little out of control and who knows how long she strung him along all the while just building that stack.

Now it was time for the Captains move. Captain got Ballbreaker to go all in preflop on a draw. Captain was playing Long Ball Poker and Ballbreaker got pot committed. She did have a few outs though. When the flop came out the Captain just checked, and offered Ballbreaker a way out. She could just chuddle or whatever the hell that old bastard calls it. Let's suppose she is dumb enough to think maybe she can just chuddle with the Captain. Its not crazy to believe, I mean she is playing loose and the Captain has been playing pretty tight and hasn't had to show any bluffs.

The turn was a doozy. The Captain held what seemed to be the nuts. And, Ballbreaker was hoping to get out of this hand cheap maybe just maybe catch a miracle card. Her hopes were quickly vanished when the penis hit the back. Ballbreaker went on tilt as the Captain flashed the nuts. He stood tall penis in hand knowing that she was drawing dead. At this point I'm sure the Captain thought the game was over. In his mind it was simple, Make Gramps happy or the pot is mine.

OH but not so soon Captain, after long needed rest under the low hummmm of a broken toilet, Ballbreaker gained her composure and came firing back with threats and scare tactics that frightened the old Captain. The old scummy was road savvy enough to know that there is really nothing more scary than a true nutjob(woman or man, although a woman is really much more threatning in the sense that they can destroy your life and reputaition without violence more effectively)

Ballbreaker now had Captain by the balls. His flush was no good, Ballbreaker was holding a full house. Once again, We don't have complete info so its hard to say, but I would guess that this is when the Captain decided to pay the 3K. Ballbreaker bit and now was being strung along again. It's tough to say how long this went on but I would think that at some point Ballbreaker started playing aggressive again and the Captain would have said at some point that " This crazy bitch aint worth it" , and just gave her the other 9K.

I now see the recent events of this thread to suggest that the Captain is just a miserable excuse for a person, and certainly a bad example of a family man or any man at all. And, that Ballbreaker is nuts and being a nutty hustler is giving the Captain just what he deserves. I would say she is way up in this game now and definitly holds all the cards now.
