I'ma hijack your other thread with this hand in it and say something insightful like "amg! obv cuz he has 99 and is gonna' rivah y0 azz!"

EDIT: Ok, I posted on that thread as truthfully as I could. To be honest with you I would have been ecstatic getting this in like you did, assuming we were way ahead.

lol i was watching press your luck on GSN and i saw about the worst decision ever...

guy was given 10 forced spins, and whammied with 2 to go, so they got moved up. hes down to 0 with 2 spin left, the other lady had 11k (third whammied out early). so he took 1 spin and got something worth around 1500. so the logical thing is to pass the spin and hope the lady whammies, right? no he took the spin, making the only possible way he had a chance was getting a spot that gave him another spin, or the big bank and answer correctly. why do that, 10k is the same as $1...i seriously said "WHAT?" out loud when he done it...

It is really funny how playing cards makes one look at the odds in everything in an attempt to get the best of things. The other day I was playing Chutes & Ladders with my kids and we were rolling two dice because we lost the little spinner thing - I am like 15 spaces away from the "big ladder" and my inner monologue is something like this:

[ QUOTE ]

Man...I need to hit an 8 here and get myself 7 spaces away from that big ladder...c'mon 8...c'mon 8...c'mon WTF am I saying this is a damned kids game?!

[/ QUOTE ]

It was like completely habit. I actually had to stand up for a few or I was going to start making prop bets on who was most likely to get dumped down "the big chute"
