Go to Options>comments. To view and write comments it has to have a check mark in front of it under the options tab. The only way to put comments in is at the bottom of the screen that pops up to import a session.

The (Nokia?) Communicator is going to be badass, but will set you back $1000 or so, and Verizon is not underwriting that puppy.
