I plan on it after I move, but there are geographical location problems, and having used a couple of gyms, I feel semi confident at doing some at home training. Lets focus on the first one, being embarrassed. Do you feel that this embarrassment is the same as the embarrassment you feel when a randed girl is looking at you, or if you were about to be intimate with a girl?

Hate to be blunt, but you're now making excuses. I realize it's easier to do nothing, and continue failing, because you already have your excuses, than do something positive, fail, and not understand why. At least by doing nothing, you stand no chance of failing. Stop being a pussy. Try, then fail. Edison [censored] up the light bulb 1800 times, and only got it right once. zurvan, I agree with ure analysis. I always make [censored] up to not aproach a girl I would like to talk to.
I apreciate the advice but you cant drasticaly change the way I am on a thread, I know I make excuses, and I will keep making them however I can at least take steps on the right direction.

A great first step is to go to the gym. There are very few things that will have an immediate impact on your life. IMO, going to the gym will quickly have a positive affect on any guy in many many ways.
It's really astounding how important confidence is. If you don't naturally have it, going to the gym is a great way to begin
