And yes, that is actually a picture of me, though it's over 2 years old and I've lost ~25 lbs since then and don't wear glasses anymore.

I'm a 29 year old chronically obese high school dropout. I live in my mom's basement and I'm physically unable to fit through the door leading out. It's been three years since I've been outside and I basically have no real friends. I'm also a virgin. OP, what's up with you?
