I'm translating this as: I'm into girls that are out of my league, and not attracted to the ones that are in my league.

I have a friend who is eternally single because he refuses to lower his standards. He's looking for 9's and 10's and he definitely can't pull 9's or 10's for various reasons.

I have been single for MOST of my life (am not at the moment) but it was always because I spent a lot of my free time trashed and acting retarded with friends. This is a good way to meet one night stands and insane women, but not a good way to meet girls I enjoy spending time with (while sober).

yes, but within the aforementioned minute, i would no longer want to be in the same room as her.

its not like if a girl is tan and skinny im automatically attracted to her...its just the opening requirements.
