yah seriously... i've done 8+ of nl before, and i would've thought NL would be tougher. Crazy mike im really bad @ limit, but i want to learn it- so id do 4 tables of 30/60 or something, but i might quit pretty quick if i feel like im getting owned (or more likely if i just get really really really annoyed b/c its fking minbet)

yea I def didn't mean it as a slight at you minbet playing 2 table handling pansies -- jk jk, I've just never really played much HU limit whereas in NL playing 8-12 HU against the same opponent is doable. I guess more hands get to showdown and the little decisions matter more in limit, plus in NL you can tighten up preflop over a bunch of tables and it doesn't kill you like it would in limit?

In NL most of the decisions are blindingly obvious, the CTSs of the world are better than the Deans of the world because they make rare big decisions much better (in general). In limit almost every hand involves some thinking, and the Schneids of this world are better than the rest because they make the right play on the plethora of marginal situations more often.

Also in HU limit, about 30-35% of total hands make it to showdown, in NL thats about 6 or 7%?
