the silkworm if that repsonse was truly from you... that is the best repsonse ever from a poker site and is the kinda thing that poker players want in their reply....

It's been said many times, but I've had nothing but incredible people respond from PS support. I carried on a multi-email conversation about datamining with a PS support fellow once. Very knowledgable, reasonable, and did a great job of clarifying what was his opinion vs company line.
