Re: Vipassana Retreat - A Brief History
Scott,
I woke up today at 4am in an OK mood, but tired from lack of sleep. I meditated for an hour, but all I did was become more and more irritable by the minute. I then walked my irritating dog for an irritating hour, came back and ate my miserable yogurt and went to my stupid job. I hate everyone and everything and feel like hoisting the black flag and slitting throats. So the answer is, sometimes. |

[/ QUOTE ] I have to get up at 4am in order to meditate for an hour and do yoga before walking the dog for an hour and getting ready to be at work at 8. I have no wife/GF, thanks for bringing it up. I also have no money, so profit is a sore spot right now as well. Are you trying to piss me off? I'm kidding. I ate some food and took a nap. I feel better. |
