Andrew Gunderson eliminated by Jeff Bryan
Jeff Bryan raises to 60,000 under the gun and it is folded around to Andrew Gunderson on the small blind, who moves all in for 325,000. Daniel Alaei folds the big blind and Bryan makes the call.

Gunderson has Q [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]J [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
Bryan has A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]Q [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]

The flop is T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]4 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] giving Gunderson a straight draw, but the 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] turn and K [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] river don't improve him and he is eliminated.

[/ QUOTE ]

I will never understand why SB would do something silly like this against an UTG raise after four days.

[ QUOTE ]
So This Is How It's Gonna Be

Huck Seed is sitting in the 8-seat and Dario Minieri is in the 9. Seed made a preflop raise to 70,000. Minieri, as he's done just about every hand since Day One, re-raised to 220,000.

And then Seed re-raised to 1 million.

Minieri folded, and it should be interesting to see how these two players fare the rest of the day sitting next to each other.

[/ QUOTE ]

Gooooooooooo Huck!!! And Scotty baby! And Julian!

Yeah those guys must be feeling the pressure...I'm sure Julian never thought he'd get this close again, and Huck and Scotty are playing for poker immortality.

Haxton Takes Down a 200k Pot

[ QUOTE ]
On a flop of {K-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{9-Clubs}, Isaac Haxton bets 500,000 into a 200,000 pot, enough to put his opponent Mark Ellerbe all in. Ellerbe goes into the tank and says "I know you have a flush draw, but I fold."

Haxton laughs and shows him the {K-Hearts}.

[/ QUOTE ]

Fixed deck obv.

Humberto sucks so bad. He's so terrible. He busted someone I know on day 1, said he was just awful and nitty, he'd raise, fold to a three bet, and stare his opponents down. The fact he plays terrible, plays up to the camera, and slowrolls people makes me very angry. I hope he loses quickly.

[/ QUOTE ]

I don't like Numberto Brenes either. However, I have to admit he's animated and it's exactly his type of foolishness that could act as a major Donkey magnet for poker. Everyone with a plastic animal will make at least one trip to their local casino.

[ QUOTE ]
Dag Martin Mikkelsen Eliminates Chris Lovelace in Regal Fashion

After Mikkelsen raised in middle position, Lovelace came over the top for the last of his 389,000. Mikkelsen called with {A-Diamonds}{K-Diamonds} and was in a race against Lovelace's pocket Eights.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}, giving Mikkelsen a flush and gutshot draw, and on the turn Dag hit the {6-Diamonds} to make his flush. Lovelace still had outs, he could win with a Jack or Eight, but the river brought the {Q-Diamonds}, giving Mikkelsen a Royal Flush and knocking Lovelace out.

[/ QUOTE ]

Now that's how you win a flip.
