Tripping on shrooms my first time at the beach was crazy sick. So was mixing alcohol with DXM at the beach yesterday.

A couple of episodes of Veronica Mars were better than sex. Some of 24, too, and True Life. Listening to awesome music, too. I still remember getting Little Brother's albums -- The Minstrel Show, And Justus For All, Separate But Equal -- and listening to them on repeat for the first time. And I listened to The Mars Volta's Frances the Mute on repeat, a whole month in a row. Didn't listen to ANYTHING else, and I listen to a TOOOON of music.

yes, getting wicked wicked stoned is a good one. Once every couple of months, Ill keep some of the awesome weed, and plan a night to watch a couple good movies. I go out, get some white castles, stop by the jack in the box next store for some tacos, come home, and get "Im hearing [censored]" stoned, and pig out.

QFT. I did this at the beach during the build-up to a huge storm. The clouds were going all over the place, churning and boiling. Intense.

I'll bring in one. Sneaking outside your boarded up house in a typhoon and running as hard as you can into howling, thundering winds in the night. The kind of winds that every once in a while pick up a car. Leaping downhill into them and landing back where you started. Running and running and barely moving. Curling your body up in fear when the wind gets too strong, so you don't get picked up. Feeling the wind, suddenly vicious, talking to you. Spreading your arms when you feel brave, and hoping you don't get carried away, far, far away.

Getting a haircut.
