I like the atomic symbol with the cross since the American Atheists symbol is the Atomic symbol with an A in the middle. The top left of this page is what I'm referring to: http://www.atheists.org/

Always know the full meaning of things before you tattoo them onto yourself. You definitely might confuse some people with mixing a cross, the atomic symbol, and arabic (the language of God for Islam).
