Thats exactly what I was thinking. Hell even the President could step in and pardon this kid. I bet this kid wishes Clinton was still in office, he'd be free and have a medal.

On another note, why didn't the Blower get the same conviction as the Blowee? Surely the law doesn't make a difference here. why didn't try him as a minor? so many people could have used common sense here and this thing could have been avoided.

If I remember right she came on to them and then cried rape, which was dropped because the video showed her flirting with them. So basically she lied about it, got them in trouble, and I don't think anything happened to her.
