Default 6max SNG - just like the Step Highers with Giga

I'm excited about this tournament. It would be teh utns to be there ringside during this. For us internet junkies, I think it would compare to the exitement when Giga was playing in the Step Higher tourneys as Evenkeal.

Anyhow, with 6,170,000 chips in play (10k/20k b and 3k a), that means we're looking at a 6max SNG with effective 50BB stacks (on average of course). Each pot is 42k in chips, so every pot is essentially 13 BBs every time around for chip starved Amnon Fillipi.

Here's my thought: Let's assume FJ ends up with Amnon on his right. First hand is folded to him, and he open shoves, what should FJ's calling range be? Payout structure below. (PS - I think my thought process here is the reason for the Sklansky post about Ivey. He's up against 2 solid STTers in this table)

Payouts.
1 $1,066,295
2 $561,369
3 $259,369
4 $172,912
5 $129,684
6 $100,865

edit: Stack sizes

Seat 1: Richard Kirsch - $810,000
Seat 2: Jonathan Little - $956,000
Seat 3: Cory Carroll - $1,235,000
Seat 4: Phil Ivey - $1,395,000
Seat 5: Darrell Dicken - $1,203,000
Seat 6: Amnon Filippi - $571,000

They change the structure for the TV table, I think it is designed to make the average stack 30BB or something?

What's Amnon's shoving range? I dont know him all that well, but I've seen a little of him on HSP. I really don't know if he has any idea how to play push/fold poker preflop correctly. I doubt he's shoving many hands.

I think I'd want a very strong hand to call with if I were Jon. I'll take a shot off the top of my head and say probably TT or JJ+ and maybe AK.

I ran hot today...it was nice. Thanks to everyone here for all the support. The cardplayer interview kinda threw me off because it was 1:15 before we started playing again and I had no clue what she was going to ask...and then the question was worded pretty weird...ohhhh well. I think I pulled it off ok. Hopefully I get good cards and they hold up tomorrow.

No rational reflecting allowed. Get melodramatic, jump on the table and do some funky wave everytime you win a pot, and bring this [censored] home FTW...

No [censored]. Solid, modest, reflective poker players make horrible TV. We need more Tony G's. gogogogoogog

I can stomach Tony G, I find Matusow quite amusing, and even Hellmuth's antics don't bother me too much.

Just don't go all Humberto Brenes.
