Also, this reminds me BobbyFitos "secret" where he never calls a made hand on the turn intending to fold the river on a blank. He either calls both or folds turn. Not really a blank though.

[/ QUOTE ] found this thread by search function. If I chose to check call down its because I'm inducing a bluff, and clearly I want to call anything I induced. From what people say, (I've never played with villain!) though this is a guy you can check call 1 street AND fold the next. (and be correct) Also, this card isn't really a blank, which you do attest to in your post. It hit both 89, JJ, JT, and bdoor clubs. So you actually can check call the turn intending to check call MOST rivers, but NOT this one. Also, it's not really much of a secret, reading that over makes me sound very lame!
