Do you guys ever eat beernaise or however you spell it with your steak? I have tried it with a filet and wasn't a fan at all. [/ QUOTE ] Love the bernaise, but thats more for a thin steak frites type of steak. Oh and I don't like the luger sauce at all...its really sweet. The porterhouse sizzling on the plate in a pool of butter is pretty much the greatest thing ever though. I know some [censored] that cuts up some pretty good steak and put it in his spaghetti.
A good steak is one my mom makes, just season with salt, pepper, a bit of garlic and onions...mmmmm. no A1 needed. |
