ok, sorry you felt it was b.s. He hasn't been available to discuss this, so I thought I would attempt to relate what I've learned from some of his thought processes. They are most definitely incomplete but I did my best to respond in a heartfelt manner, acknowledging both points of view in this thread, and giving perhaps a different perspective. Oh well, there's always someone around to take exception/ criticize/ whatever. Thanks for the hate, it's always constructive. [/ QUOTE ] passive aggressive. in my previous post, i made a fairly obvious observation. no hate. |

since its that easy to pick physical tells off of gus hansen? theyre overrated. [/ QUOTE ] Seemed like Hansen was usually spreading his stack of chips onto the table while betting good hands. When he put his chips in a neat stack, he had a weaker range. |

Re: Aussie Millions Thread
The Aussie Millions on FSN has been entertaining so far in my opinion.
I have actually found the shows useful to my business. If the UIGEA hadn't passed to render most U.S.-based players with no non-English international language skills virtually useless to the online poker "schools", then Gobboboy might have already been picked up as a 2nd tier product endorser, as Gobboboy has shown that 1) he is very young (now 19 years old), 2) he definitely has an aggressive game that borders on reckless, and 3) he definitely has personality. Instead, the current online poker "school" business environment has made me pursue a "free agent" at the Aussie Millions TV final table other than Gobboboy as my next potential client. (Hint: my target is NOT Jakob Glassl.) I believe this particular player has all the qualities necessary to fit a particular project I have been working on for the past two months. Let's see how many of you can figure out exactly who my latest target is. |

Re: Aussie Millions Thread
the announcers all joke about how much fricke has sucked out. the players are commenting on it. why cant 2+2 nerds admit that fricke was the suckout master in this tourney?
(...and I admit he is a talented player and that his calling himself a nerd brought him up a few notches on the likeability scale) |
