I would do it for 1 trillion dollars, although 10 trillion would be even nicer. It wouldn't be worth the risk to me unless I won enough money to be able to make appreciable changes in the world. Things I could do with 1 trillion that I couldn't do with 1 billion:
-Start my own space program -Start an extremely well funded and sustainable research institute with the best minds on Earth working on what I want them to work on (things like aging research, AI research, standard transhumanist stuff) -Hire mercenaries to overthrow third world governments and install myself as dictator -etc

why do people keep saying 1/6 chance of dying..OP said it's a freezeout, ie: you keep going until 1 of you dies. And no I wouldn't do it some things in life are worth more than money.
