I'll give you a chance to explain your play!

Was villain stealing a lot?
What hand range did you have him on?
Was his hand range wide enough to make the call with that hand +EV?
What was your plan if you missed the flop?
What was the purpose of your mini-raise on the flop?
Was that your entire bankroll or do you have some more money to play with?

OP

I thought this forum was a place to get sympathy for a particularly gruesome beat....

Instead you get flamed for how you played it. Meh. Mini raise schmini raise, that guy was a tool and got obscenely lucky.

Tough beat. Play on

Dude STFU. He got a bunch of money in as a 96% favorite, why should he have to defend his play?

Dude,

1. You flat called 85s oop, in the SB no less.

2. You sucked out post-flop.

avoid number one and you avoid losing a 96% favorite. RR preflop and take it down all day and all night and then all the next day and most of the night too. Could've solved the problem right there.

BUT

3. You didn't even include the HH in the original post

4. You shittalked TWP

So, my friend, you just got in it a little bit deeper. My advice: quit BBV.

EDIT: OH YEAH... not even a [censored] graph. Seriously. You could've at least posted a [censored] graph. [censored], a fake MS Paint graph would've done this thread a WOOORLD of good. [censored]. Something. A picture of broken glass, a noose, burning money, etc etc. You get what I'm sayin'?
