Stuey, can you animate my Duke D somehow? Just making it spin or something would be fine.

but seeing all these animated ones makes me wanna request an animated one along the same theme; maybe make it go from human face to this halfway face to full ww face and back, or something...but lower priority than others that don't already have a stuey avatar

Hi Stuey,

I was thinking of maybe expanding my silent movie to include dialogue from other 2+2 no limit celebrities, thebruiser, captzeebo, durrr etc.

There's two obstacles to overcome:

I need some funny dialogue, and portraits of people

And I'm currently backpacking, I don't have my own comp so I would have to rely on another generous soul to make the avatar

Good idea? Or should I just leave my avatar alone?

It would be sacrilegious. You and Amplify just shouldn't mess with success.

OK, this is an Avatar Garage Challenge.

If you think you can do it, I need an animated avatar of Clint Eastwood from Fistful of Dollars, throwing his blanket/poncho over his shoulder to reveal his gun.

I used the itube video that Dynasty found. Thanks for digging that up for me. But the problem is that it is streaming video and in flash format so it does not convert well for me. I see the one DukeSucks made came out much clearer and smoother maybe he can clue me in as to how best to capture and convert this type of file. I'm not happy with my attempt.

If you have stills send them to me maybe I can do better. This one has a weird pause at the end and it never really shows his gun it cuts away to a shot of the guys laughing right after the last frame I have here. Cool idea for a avatar but I don't think I got what you wanted.

I don't know if this is any better or not. It may not be any better since I used the same video Stuey did. It might need to be lightened up too.

Yours is much better. I think we are using the same software, I use replay screencast with settings of 8 frames per second. I think my problem is more my internet connection speed or my computer speed. With steaming video if you don't receive a good version then you can record a good one. I tweeked the timing of the frames in yours I am not sure it still might be to fast and I tried to brighten and sharpen it up a little. Not sure if it looks better or not. Thanks for ripping a good copy of that time for me to upgrade my comp.

I am not sure if I like clint's face showing at the end or not. But after the flip it seems unsmooth to just have it loop back to the start. I also put a border on all my avatars not sure if it makes it look better or not but it is habit I have now. Normally just a 1 pixel line of black but sometimes I put different ones. Here is a little slower.
