There are a lot of very immoral people on this forum that do far worse things than splurge on accessories and drink underage. Unlike many others, I do not respect you young guys because you have super lavish lifestyles and have sex, get drunk all the time, and spend $2k a night on partying (not saying this is you in particular btw). I am only 19 myself and am also looking into investing in real estate. However, I believe that the key to happiness in this world is through community and good works, rather than buying anything and everything I want. Flame away.
