what? how can an atheist not believe in a rush? have you never had a rush of good cards?
of course you have or you wouldn't play poker. we are defining a rush, or accepting a definition of it when we pose the question, "Do Atheists believe in rushes?" It's a short duration of time where a lot of things went/go right in regard to getting chips into your stack. The answer is unequivocally yes. The remaining question then, is, can you accurately, or does the atheist (or should i say Atheist) believe you can recognize a rush as it's happening? |

Rush = luck.
Luck = timing + opportunity. Sometimes the stars align. Ride the rush ... even if you don't believe in it. |

How do you define a rush? As a string of good cards? In a large set of cards there will be strings of good cards and scenarios says probability.

In context, I read rush to mean a time when you are getting better than average cards that is likely to continue. Think of all the guys who say to themselves or aloud "Usually I'd throw this hand away, but I'm on a rush".
Obviously variance exists; I think it is pretty clear that the OP was not asking "Are there any atheists who believe in variance". |

The universe doesn't need a god for there to be sundry spooky weirdnesses.
Only the dull arrogance of believers would insist on such a thing. |
