I'd pick Hellmuth or Forrest, because those are the two most successful tournament pros whose games I don't understand at all.

Daniel Negreanu, because he's able to explain how he plays, much better than other TV pros. Ivey, probably the best, doesn't seem too wordy and it would be difficult to learn for any one.
