[ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I actually have basically 0% southern accent. I do say "y'all", but that's it. [/ QUOTE ] I always think this to myself too and then I talk to girls from other parts of the country and they are like "Oh you have such a cute country accent!" This of course makes me want to rip their face off. [/ QUOTE ] You know what makes me want to rip people's face off? When they insist they don't have accents that they clearly have. [/ QUOTE ] Well get a stool big boy. |

Re: Southern girls
[ QUOTE ]
Yugoslavia isn't a country anymore, and Eastern Europe supposedly has some of the hottest women in all the world. [/ QUOTE ] [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] This is my true heritage. And I did see a lot of beautiful women when I visited there. [ QUOTE ] [ QUOTE ] I actually have basically 0% southern accent. I do say "y'all", but that's it. I'm thinking: please meet some of the people I went to high school with in my hometown, population 3500. |

Re: Southern girls
I read somewhere that there is a distinct weight difference between females in college above and below the Mason Dixon line; because women are usually wearing less for longer in the South, they are usually much more slender; might be part of the stereotype!
I think part of the difference between girls that were raised in the South and those that were raised in the North (that I've interacted with; this even includes norcal) is that they are inherently polite and friendly. We don't drop the F-bomb, we smile at everyone we meet, we make a point in looking nice and don't run around in sweats. We know that every time we go out, people see us and judge us on our actions. Whether or not it comes down to cooking and cleaning, I think that girls in the south were raised to be people pleasers. |
