[/ QUOTE ]i think its kind of reassuring that judges in a fairly rural state actually think critically about such a case. i would have half expected to see these three kids just get railroaded because they did something pretty damn indefensible.


it didn't say they are going to bring any new charges, but i am guessing they can still get them on a lot more than just some small theft charge regardless. vandalism? trespassing? come up with 4 or 5 little things and max them out and these kids are screwed anyway. hopefully at least.

well their lives are over regardless i guess, could you imagine showing your face in public after something like that? good luck getting a job. or ever getting laid (by something living).

Anyone see that HBO autopsy show several years ago in which Michael Baden talked about a case in which a doctor dug up a former patient of his and had sex with her dead body for years? Apparently the guy didn't get punished at all because there was no law against necrophilia and the statute of limitations on grave robbing had run out.
