Rocky 1 is so much better than Rocky 4 it's crazy.

Everyone saying otherwise just absolutely has to have been exactly some certain age (8-12 or something) when Rocky 4 came out. (edit - you guys aren't even that old - I don't know what it is, maybe it was on video but the original wasn't)

Rocky II was very good too. It obviously loses some for lack of originality and it may have some weaker parts, but it has some really very well done scenes.

I pity the fools that hate on Rocky III.

Mad Max 1 > 2----

I think that The Road Warrior was a better movie, involved plot lines but Mad Max is very good and needs to be seen to fully appreciate The Road Warrior

Rambo 2 definitely kills 1 because:
- lines like "Don't be a hero" from unknown extra
- being kept in a pool of feces and leeches
- stripped mattress used as extreme electric shock device
- explosive arrow tips
- shooting computers with a machine gun in frustration
