Default Settle a bet: How many internet players will clear $1-Mil in 2007?

So I was sitting next to a typically-obnoxious bridge-and-tunnel specimen at the Borgata last weekend, and he brought up his "buddy" from home who he referred to as one of the best poker players on the internet, who was on pace to clear $250K this year. I probably shoulda just let him stew in his ignorance, but I pointed out that while $250K was pretty cool, I was pretty sure that it wasn't even close to what the real sharks were pulling in.

Anyway, this led to a bet between me and my buddy back in the hotel room: how many CASH GAME internet players will clear $1,000,000 in online winnings in 2007. (We excluded MTTs from the bet, b/c of the loldonkament factor, not that I think there are all that many, if any, online MTTers clearing 1M.) I threw out an answer of 50, he said way more -- we agreed on 125 as the over/under (i've got the under). A very un-balla $500 riding on this bet. Help settle it.
