[/ QUOTE ] what i think more strongly than either of these things is that all the holier-than-thou colts fans on this board, as well as their 'classy' head coach who compared bellichick to barry bonds, are jackasses because they've known about this for a long time, and known it was against the rules, but they are fine with it because it's their team. i thought that before the whole cameragate thing, this (if substantiated) is just more proof. on to the content of your statement, what you are basically saying is, if i think the colts were wrong for what they did, i have to think the pats are wrong too. well, my personal opinion is that both are fairly trivial and i don't care that much. but one could easily argue that piping in crowd noise creates a greater advantage than videotaping plays, particularly if one buys the argument (and it seems logical to me) that the video wasn't available for immediate use. i think that's a stupid debate to have, but you saying 'if the colts are wrong, the pats are just as wrong' is really ignoring the fact that the size of the advantage gained by each is almost certainly different. my argument as a pats fan would be that it favors the colts more, but my argument as a football fan is that it's a stupid argument to begin with and i mainly just want to rub it in tony dungy's self-righteous face that his team was cheating and still got beat.
