okay, i will very openly admit lionel hutz was very stupid for posting the image, but when i saw it, i never thought "oh this is worth a perm-ban from 2+2," because it was a silly mspaint with no nudity.

the horsepr0n is another story. he should have been punished, and he was. if you don't know the story behind that one, basically he requested a tempban, and it didn't come so he posted that [censored].

i believe we should give certain preference to the members of our fora who post well. if this means bending the rules for some, so be it.

and if you are seriously looking at closing bbv4l, wouldn't the first step be to find a mod with more time (nothing against gw), and then let them take care of it?
