omelet or omelette: which spelling do you prefer?
I like the longer one because it's more fun.

Mushrooms, tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, maybe potatoes too.
Steak-Lovers omelette at IHOP is pretty good.

I'm definitely a lover of the scrambles and skillets too. Did Denny's really do away with some of these? WTF?

Also, I don't always have to have cheese in my omelette to enjoy it.

The Police have a song which goes, "When the world is running down you make the best of what's still around" but for a long time through high-school I thought he was saying "make the best omelettes still around" which I thought was a strange lyric.

theres this breakfast joint that i eat at pretty much every morning, that I cant beat the price. 2.99, 3 scambled eggs, sausage/bacon (1 patty or 2 strips), and I usually talk my watress into throwing 3 or 4 tomato slices on there.

I prefer omelet, because when I type omelette, firefox says im dumb.

for some reason in firefox-dictionary land, omelette is not a word, but omelette's is fine.

With an apostrophe? It's pretty rare that I've used that word in a possessive form.
