Sense of humor ftw, plus, if people didn't grow up with soccer/football and have it ingrained in them there is no way they could look at it and say, wow what a great game.

Beckham has been underrated. He was dropped from the England team FFS. You can't be rated much lower than that. I agree with bigt2k4, in as much as due to him being overrated earlier in his career, as soon as he failed to reach inhumanly high standards people wrote him off as terrible - regardless of the fact that he's still an excellent player and a big merit to any team which contains him.

I'm enjoying how well Juan Pablo Angel seems to be doing in the MLS, seeing as he never performed in the EPL. He scores about 15 goals a game now, right?

Overall I'm pretty chuffed Beckham moved to MLS, because now I get to watch it on Channel 5.
