It seems that cts theory should only be implemented against 20/16+ types that you develop history w/. And of course you should be running at least 22/17ish. I don't think he's just 4betting Axs ai the first random, 18/14 TAGs that 3bet him. That seems like suicide and a waste of $$$ w/ your big hands.
I dunno though. I'm not cts unfortunately
He doesn't really go into what type of TAG/LAG, how to incorporate this into your session, and how much history you need to do this in his blog.

My impression was that he would completely agree with you BGnight. Remember, he writes that they need to be 3 betting him with nearly 8% of their hands, and no way an 18/14 is doing that.

I dislike September. A lot. Feels like I'm playing well right now, but it's not very fun running 15 buyins below expectation in all-ins.

All at 1/2:

Ship the 4th consecutive 1k day. $1284 to be correct. This makes 4.7k since Monday, mostly 200 NL with a thousand hands or so at 2-4 NL. 6k hands total this week

Fun hand from today:

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $376.80
BB: $63.85
Hero (UTG): $340.85
MP: $78.00
CO: $105.05
BTN: $72.70

Preflop: Hero is dealt 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)
<font color="red">Hero raises to $7.00</font>, MP calls $7.00, CO folds, BTN calls $7.00, SB calls $6.00, BB calls $5.00

Flop: ($35) 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 5[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (5 Players)
<font color="red">SB bets $20.00</font>, BB calls $20.00, <font color="red">Hero raises to $97.00</font>, 2 folds, <font color="red">SB raises to $346.00</font>, BB calls all-in for $36.85, Hero calls all-in for $236.85
Uncalled bet of $12.15 returned to SB

Turn: ($759.55) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players - 2 All-In)

River: ($759.55) 8[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (3 Players - 2 All-In)

Pot Size: $759.55 ($3 Rake)

BB had 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (a straight, Eight high) and LOST (-$63.85)
SB had 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (a straight, Eight high) and LOST (-$340.85)
Hero had 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (a full house, Sixes full of Eights) and WON (+$415.70)

I was about to kill someone when that turn card hit :/
