Villain running 57/14 over 100. AF by street is 7/3/oo. I have a fairly laggy image and have been moving teh chips around.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 4 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

Hero (SB): $200.80
BB: $353.60
UTG: $204.90
BTN: $483.20

Preflop: Hero is dealt A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (4 Players)
UTG raises to $7.00, BTN folds, Hero raises to $24.00, BB folds, UTG calls $17.00

Flop: ($50) 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero bets $35.00, UTG raises to $70.00

2 options:

1) Push if you think a draw is a big part of his range or if he's stationish as well as aggro

2) Call and c/r any turn

Folding is obv. totally out of the question given his flop aggression.

Lol WTF am I smoking, this is a 3-bet pot.

I think this is a really easy push and expect him to call with KK, AQ, KQ and draws (given his VPiP he probably has a draw often enough). Hell, maybe even stuff like QT/QJ.

I started trying to get a little more creative in 3bet pots today. I fold almost 100% of the time w/o TT+ (99/88 in extreme situations) and maaaybe AQs. Not too many scenarios came up today, except this one. I just want to try and use position to my advantage, b/c as one of the very good 200nl pointed out to me yesterday, too many idiot reg's 3bet the deuce out of you from OUT OF POSITION, which is generally just stupid. I also want to get into the habit of shoving nice flops when the time is right.

[/ QUOTE ]

QFT, i mean they do it to me like its their job, i can only imagine what they do to you since you open like 3-4% more pots. I fold to the first few but if they are not on my direct left ill start [censored] with them when they 3bet me and they usually chill out. even upaymymtg has stopped trying to abuse 3bets vs me and he absolutely is obsessed with them.

That all being said, 3betting light is a good play vs 2p2ers and thinking players if used well but i dont think its good vs donkeys contrary to popular belief.

Just checkin here with this one...villain is a 46/6 station.

Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $1/$2 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

SB: $73.80
Hero (BB): $232.60
UTG: $96.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
UTG calls $2.00, MP raises to $9.00, CO folds, BTN calls $9.00, SB calls $8.00, Hero raises to $47.00, 3 folds, SB calls $38.00

Flop: ($114) 9[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $114.00, SB calls all-in for $26.80
Uncalled bet of $87.20 returned to Hero
Uncalled bet of $0.00 returned to SB

Turn: ($167.60) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

River: ($167.60) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players - 1 All-In)

Pot Size: $167.60 ($3 Rake)

I just ask because I am almost positive that we are behind his range. We obviously can't fold though, so just push ourselves and cross our fingers?

i was like 'no'"

lol, I don't remember this that well, but I know I would have never mentioned 2+2 in the chat box. That's a sacred no no w/ me.
