Re: **** OFFICIAL Premiership 2007-08 season Thread!*****
Trip Report from White Hart Lane : only had two bottles thrown at me this year - new record lol! sp*rs fans absolutely useless at usual - started taking the piss at 1-0 then promptly shut up when we pointed out they last won the league in 1961 and ate too much lasagne a couple of years ago.
Managed to dodge the pathetic attempt by the sp*rs support to start a fight although one sp*rs fan headbutted a 65 year old man - true class from the pride of N17. You have to give the poor [censored] a 1-0 lead in these matches to let them get their hopes up. Still no victory for sp*rs against the arsenal this millennium. the arsenal fans sung their hearts out and easily outsang the home support as per usual. [censored] great goals from ade and cesc and the poor tottenham go crying home again. YOU'LL NEVER BEAT THE ARSENAL!!!!1 p.s. darren bent was well worth £16 million |

I'll take a 1-0 win. It's not the way we want to win, but hell, I'm cool with grinding out wins til we get healthy again. I do wish we had picked up Huntelaar or Martins as extra cover and to provide a different aspect to Rooney and Tevez

[ QUOTE ] [censored] blind piece of [censored] ref Offsides my [censored] ass [/ QUOTE ] You wanna talk about pieces of [censored]? How about your entire team? [/ QUOTE ] Hey I dont know what team you support but I am assuming Leeds. Also when discussing Chelsea everyone is missing the pertinent development. The passing of the great Maekele. Not that he has fully passed, but this midfield colossuss power is on the wane and we have no obvious successor, at least not one able to perform at his previous level. The quintessential unsung hero, doing an unglamorous job, but doing it brilliantly. |

I've said this before but I think he was their best player in the early 2000s and was a huge factor in their success then. |

Looks like Silvestre will be missing the rest of ManU's season: http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11095_2734351,00.html, They're looking pretty thin at left back without Heinze now.
Anyone(Jared) know anything about the Sevilla youngster that the scum picked up. |

When they got rid of Maka and brought in Beckham, he said: "Why put another layer of gold paint on the Bentley when you are losing the entire engine?" |
