Looks like I'm going to have to convert over to being a Warriors fan after game 6. No way in hell they can win @ GS. As much as I love the Mavs, its over for them.

Listen, its cool that GS is destroying Dallas. YEEAH 8th seed over 1st!!! Awesome stuff. But you know what, I will be pissed if GS advances and the reason why is because I don't think they are a good team. Their "offense" is a joke if you ask me. Its all fast breaks and three's. In a half court set one guy just does one on ones and dishs to someone standing around on behind the line. Its [censored] basketball. There is no teamwork.


As for Dallas, they don't even deserve to move on either. As JoA mentioned, their offense is pretty much that. Its pathetic. Dirk, where the [censored] have you been? I don't even notice you out there. But maybe thats because Jason Terry or Josh Howard waste half the shot clock dribbling laterally. The only excuse I can think of is Nelson is just pwning the [censored] out of Avery. Dallas looks lost, they can't handle GS energy and intensity. They need to tighten up their ass holes and play like men. This whole series is [censored] up in my mind.

Disagree completely. They're great at dribble penetration and passes from the lane. SJax has been particularly surprising in his ability to make sweet little drop off passes.

Funny thing is Dirk went for 23/15 tonight. But 6 of those points were last minute desperation 3s. Quietest 23/15 I've ever seen.

Other notable stat: no shot attempts by Howard in the 4th quarter.

Meh, all you pricks were burying Phoenix on this same Sunday a year ago, then they came back to win the series.

This is a little different though. Rabid crowds in Oakland. A seemingly much better team in GS than LAL was last year, or at least as far as this matchup goes. GS actually won three games, whereas the refs completely and unquestionably handed the Lakers game 4 last year (this is a fact, not a complaint). Also, I think they get the idea that they are on a freeroll, much moreso than the Lakers a year ago, where the spotlight and expectations are always harsh.

Earlier I thought the Mavs would be 35/65 underdogs if they lost this game, I want to change it to 50/50. Does anyone really think that they'll lose game 7 at home? Considering they're the better team (on paper anyways) I like them to win game 5, which makes game 6 the whole enchilada.
