Hand 1 - I know he has a good A if he is leading the flop with one shortstack that is calling for sure (what Sklansky calls "protected pot").So, after another guy is all-in and i shove, he might lay it down, thinking, that i am obv not bluffing here.He is a pretty solid TAG and knows that i am solid as well.If i just call, that will make him suspicious too and he'll probably check turn.I don't want some card to scare him off(like if he has AQ, K or J are meh cards).
So, by reraising to 200, i am commiting him (he will have a hard time folding to another 100) and i was planning obv to shove any turn.He made it easier and shoved himself.

Hand 2 - the betting guy was a donkey, i had very little FE with him betting on that board, but pretty good implied odds if i hit (esp if i hit the K, since i thought he has a set/2 pairs) + the original 3bettor is pretty weak player himself (you can see he min 3bet pf) and i thought he could be slowplaying JJ or not folding AA, so why push and get it in while behind?
Obv, turn is an easy call, if he has QK, so be it...
