I live 6 miles from the office and I usually get in at 10. People don't really care when we show up as long as we get our work done. Even 10 is a bit earlier than I'd like but strolling in a 1pm is a little too degen imo.

9am meetings are for people other than software engineers. We have Mountain Dew in our blood and work best at 2am, this whole "morning" thing doesn't really suit my people.
