Well had a nice 80BB downswing over 650 hands yesterday. I played a guy heads up who was just awful, but who destroyed me. I dont have my stats, but I bet my W$SD was at about 15%. He hit every freakin river or runner runner necessary to just smoke me.

Fortunately I tilt good and stacked a donk at 100nl to end up $60 on the day or 120BB more to spew later on haha.

Those ones frustrate me. The ones where you make the right read, but the guy still has a hand slightly better than yours. It's worse when he hits the river and you have the AK though. The nice thing is that they probably think their play was genius because they are all results oriented. That's why limit will always be profitable.

bb is a guy who thinks he's a lot better than he is. he's a nice guy but grates on my nerves like crazy cause he talks too much and is always trying to justify his bizarre/expert play. I've only played with him a few times and he thinks I'm a little whacky and has a habit of donking into me in weird spots.

utg+1 is a good player that I've played with a lot.

so I raise A9 utg, utg+1 calls, bb calls.
J92r
I bet and they both call.

nice, so bb doesn't have a jack because he would have donked or check/raised. it's worrisome that utg+1 called. he almost never coldcalls my raises preflop, and the hands that do are kind of loaded with jacks, and there's a better than decent chance that he's going to pop me on the turn if I bet. but he might even pop me with 66 or T8s so I don't think I can just fold. as all this is going through my mind a deuce slides off and bb donks into me. NICE, make it 80. now utg+1 is pissed, "wtf are you betting out there for, dammit" blah blah. he folds his jack, bb calls. river blanks and I value bet the nuts and he calls with his nine and is SHOCKED that I could have owned him so badly.

it's stuff like this that makes me love live play so much. which is stupid because it's mostly because I have so much HATE for sitting and listening to the drivel for hours and hours and hours on end. but watching the reaction when something like this goes down is priceless.

Jesus [censored] christ.

I was playing at a table where, after 100 hands, I had won 1 showdown out of 19! How is that possible?

I finally had a decent run, managed to win some of my losses on stars back, was almost back to even, and then this [censored] happens. All in all I dropped $300 today at 2/4. This game is impossible

So WCOOP Limit Event... twice I've flopped the nuts multiway and lost. On the very first hand the 53/3/.4 coldcaller rivered a straight flush.

a total of 29 out of 89 (32%)
Pots won at showdown - 6 of 20 (30%)
Pots won without showdown - 10
