Party realized that this promotion would overlap its most recent reload (last day to deposit for it was yesterday) and probably doesn't want to double reward people for their play. It would make sense to run this at a time when no outstanding promotions exist so that they can maximize their rake revenue.

Party just shut down the servers for technical difficulties. Wonder if they are vamping up the tables for the promo. Probably not.

All night, players at my tables have been asking what the promotion's all about. Usually no one will answer them and they will become increasingly annoying. I have begun telling all who ask that it is a bad beat promotion, where you get a ticket for every bad beat and the top 1000 players get Phil Hellmuth blowup dolls.

It's been a great stress/boredom reliever, and it should come as no surprise that many have taken me seriously!

i played some donk heads up at 10/20 last night and i'm pretty sure the private room he made was blue. at the moment i didn't know why it was that color though.

and just for the record we both bought in for 500 and by the time i beat him i only had 392 of his money due to the rake. bum out. at least i get 25% of it back.
