Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

Perfect small house dog, rarely barks, great with guests or kids. Awesome personality.

The second picture is what we always called the "happy pant", they do it all the time, and it's just cute as hell.

This is the one, seriously.

Thanks guys for all your input......I've been researching this afternoon and I think I'm gonna go with the Boston Terrier..perfect apartment dog......Im gonna ship $20 to both Boot and to Orange Parrot........guys pm me your FTP names and I'll ship you that money.....Thanks again, Kevin

That's an Alaskan Malamute, considered one of the smarter puppies around. They're used for arctic sledding (hence Alaskan) but can also be a great house dog. They become pretty big as an adult, usually averaging around 90-100 pounds. They do cost a bit, but you should be able to find a puppy for about $800, maybe $900 dollars.
