Ron Paul's segment was the first I've ever noticed Colmes, as Colmes really hijacked the interview and sided with Ron and took it in a much more positive direction than Hannity rambling about Iranian weapons.

I agree that his mention of shutting down the CIA and FBI is somewhat "crazy talk" but I feel the point he is trying to make is that the Republicans at one point stood for small government and that seems to be as far as you can get from their current agendas. Hannity brings up the great Ronald Reagan and Paul brings up how Reagan retreated from Lebanon and the Republicans didn't call him a cut and runner then for doing so and compares his foreign policy to Bush's in 2000. Hannity brings up bringing down the Soviet Union and Paul replies, yeah and we didn't have to invade their country to do it. I'd say the winner of Paul vs. Hannity Round 2 was Ron Paul.
