moneymakker is one of the biggest winners in my DB. Playing 20/10 must be profitable. [censored] I hate him.

Tons of people who used to play .5/1 on the 1/2 lists, pretty much all I agree are good (no wonder they moved up).

Best players at .5/1 right now:
IanBarns - definitely the best IMO... a pain in my ass.
Holdemhux - plays like 19/12... somehow owns me though
xall12 - solid
agstremist - solid
syphlix - solid

crappy but consistently owns me because I never have a hand and he always does:

Off the top of my head the best players without looking at PT.

LanderD (semi-regular splits his time between 1/2 and 2/4 I think)
Tecknowledgy (sure that's spelled wrong without looking at PT, but I'm pretty sure he plays FR and 6 max so good when he plays)
Carrotsnake (probably not as good as his "legendary" status indicates and definitely not as spewy as I thought he would be, but obv good)
Have 0 hands with legspin
Mdom is really good, but he's playing almost all 2/4 now
Greg1osu is super easy to play against (DON'T PAY HIM OFF LDO!)
ZngelDay[9] IMO the best regular playing 1/2 full time
Ldonnie is good too
Dayninja I pretty much avoid sitting to my left

[/ QUOTE ]

Where do these people get off with these claims?

Zngleday the best regular? LMAO. The guy is a spew-master. He's not horrible but he's nowhere near the best.

Oh, and Jager...I literally almost folded AQ to you on that Q93Q9 board.

I'm not just saying that. I know you are a good player and frankly I thought that I could have been beat there by quads; I almost typed it in the chat box but had no timebank from timing out all over the place for my constant chat and 12 tabling.

FGators- Either you are a ridiculous nit for contemplating a fold there or you need to listen to David Cross's standup on the use of the word "literally."

I think you play well, although the bulk of our hands were at 100NL.

My short list of tough players:
Jager
mdom
Lucky_wins
luckybacon
futuredoc

My sn is vexbot, i've only been playing online since June of this year (which is why my list is so short).

By the way, if any winning Stars SSNLer has time today (6:30pm Pacific) to play in an FTOPS event on Tilt [I have a business dinner I don't think I can get out of] please PM me for details.

not sure if it's cool to post the losers as well, so I won't

[/ QUOTE ]

there are obviously holes in this because i've put in 31,137 since 06/01 and am up enough to be at least top 3 on that list (at least in terms of ptbb/hourly) despite August raping me in the ass with a strap-on

also, i've seen 4 of my students mentioned as "biggest winners", yet i'm the one to proverbially toot my own horn.

interesting...

What exactly is the purpose of this thread?

Is it so you can get SNs here and note good players. If they are good enough to get mentioned here I would think it pretty easy to find out they are quality simply after playing a few 100 hands with them.

Is this simply a thread for people to see if others think they are any good? Just a big old poker beauty contest?
