Bernie, I don't hate the M's. In fact I love them. However the way that whole stadium thing went down was [censored].

I fear that if the Sonics move to OKC, they'll be moving 10 years after that to somewhere else. Sort of like Memphis, who will probably move in 5 years as well.

Isn't that also the fault of the fans who show support for the teams when they do this sort of thing? By voting with their dollars, that's telling the owners it's ok and the fans will put up with it. Think of life if the owners didn't get what they wanted and fans finally said, 'enough!'

Salaries wouldn't be as high and games would probably be more affordable overall.

Unfortunately, it won't ever happen until it's too late.

Does it really matter if they move from OKC in 10 years? Why would you care about that?

To be clear, I don't hate the players on the M's, I hate the corporation/mgt. That's also shared with the city and legislators that also forced it on us and let the M's do that.

Secondly, why would people in Kansas City or St. Louis be more interested in a team in OKC then the Bulls, Pacers, or Grizzles? All are comparitively close.

KC would not give a crap about a team in OKC.
