I can play like a robot and 12 table like anyone else, but if I 4 table, blow the size up and really key in on everything, I feel like my expectation and winrate is 3x higher (if not more).

[/ QUOTE ] make no mistake, 12 table grindmode is in effect if I'm off the 100K VPP/month pace

but playing a level or 2 higher, and 4 tabling I have experienced incredible success. (except 25/50 omgwtfirunlikeshit)

With all this talk about how sick and hot I'm running, what's funny is that I've suffered more ridiculous beats and injustices that most could comprehend over this same 9000 hands. Sure I’ve also had some good luck, of course, but overall, I haven't been "running well" at all. Probably below average in luck or average at best.

I know that pretty much all of you, along with most multi tablers consider yourselves optimal and awesome at what you do. But you have to understand that there are very subtle changes that take place in a player once they’ve saturated themselves with a multitude of hands day after day after day. It’s mostly imperceptible to the player himself, but these minor changes can devastate your win rate.

If you’re not 100% sharp, OR if you’re on 6+ tables, you are not going to play perceptive, solid poker. You are not gonna make sick calls and sick lay downs over and over again.

These decisions account for huge swings in bankroll.

I’m now at 10500 hands and a BB/100 of 14.09 playing 2/4 NL on FT. (That’s 28.18 blinds.)

I have no plans to have that number reduced at all over the next 10k or even 100k hands. If anything I plan on continuing to reflect on my game and to always be improving.

so basically you're saying you rock and we suck so you're the only one who can sustain 14ptbb. and this you base on a 10k hand sample. awesome.

so hang on, thousands upon thousands of intellectually minded gamers have been fiercely competing against each other, evolving as players, and logging hundreds of thousands of hands in an effort to try and outlearn their opponents and win as much money as possible through a communal process of intellectual evolution... and now you've shown up, and in your first 10K hands you have already proven you can outthink us all.

bravo, sir, bravo

haha, I'm not saying that anyone sucks, I don't even know you people. I'm sure some of you suck and some are v good. I wouldn't really know. I'm just not limiting myself to other's benchmarks...

Like I said, my only focus is on improving and playing well. The numbers work themselves out...
