Ah that's it then. It's stand up where he ruled and ruled very hard indeed. Sketch comedy, anybody can do. Movies, some of them were decent, but his weren't outstanding the way his stand up comedy was.

Btw, he was also a big part of the writing for Blazing Saddles.
