this will help a lot: First of all, give yourself a lot of time tmw before 1:00pm... obviously it depends on how many you can do today, but leave yourself a couple hours. Second, obviously don't sleep too much Third, BEFORE YOU GO TO SLEEP TODAY... take whey protein. If your arms are killing you right now, might as well take a fat dosage now. Protein will help your muscles heal, and you won't be sore when you wake up tomorrow. Like, if you don't take protein you'll be dying. If you do take protein, you might have a dull ache. Fourth, try to get an EpiPen and just inject yourself with adrenaline over and over |

Maybe im way off as ive never tried anything like this before but this seems like it would be insanely easy for anyone in decent shape. For 2k im pretty sure i could do 1k pushups in 12 hours.

btw alternate your pushup stance ie wide vs short to use diff muscles and give certain stabalizers a break
