I was young and probably wouldn't find it that funny anymore, but on SNL when there was a talk show with three guests, one who made funny noises (i think), one who shot milk out his nose when he laughed, and the other who would drink anything really got me. Tim Kazerinski was the guy who shot milk out his nose.
Also, from SNL and also I was young, "you can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but you can't pick your friend's nose." Some of the Monty Python already mentioned. A recent thing that comes to mind is the Ask a Ninja review of Pirates of the Carribean Dead Man's Chest.
