FWIW:
Someone asked why there was KFC with the taco bell in the picture. Many of the locations are joint tacobell/KFC, where you can order off either menu for your meal. /end my involvement in this terrific thread!

All three were acquired by PepsiCo in the 70's, and now are a part of Yum! Brands, Inc., which owns A&W and Long John Silver's as well. (There are LJS/A&W combo restaurants, too.)
