I think people don't understand that the OP is talking about a single instance of either a blunt or happy meal.

Obviously the Happy Meal is much better for you as it supplies valuable nutrition and the soda it comes with helps to keep you hydrated.

I can go 8 hours without smoking a blunt, but I'm going to feel kind of crappy if I don't eat anything.

I think what McDonald's should do is begin offering a Hippy Meal (TM) with cheeseburger, fries, soda, and blunt. They'd be bigger than WalMart.

I can say with full confidence that you do not have a shred of evidence linking one cheeseburger and one order of fries to heart disease and obesity.

I wonder how many more accidents were caused by a driver eating mcdonalds :/

My mom crashed into a telephone pole chasing a sausage biscuit that fell off the passenger seat.

I put my head through a windsheild, and hit 2 parked cars when my bag of white castles tipped over and I went to catch it.

If it was on the seat she wasn't eating it. It doesn't count. Dropping a burning spliff in your lap while driving also doesn't count.

20 years ago I actually crashed a van that belonged to the movie theater my girlfriend worked at when a cola spilled out of the dashboard cup holder as I pulled out of Arby's.
